GBHH&H grief support group Friday, 28 September 2012 Golden Belt Home Health & Hospice will sponsor a Monday evening grief support group in Great Bend from Oct. 8 through Feb. 25. It will meet on the second and fourth Monday of each month (except Christmas eve) from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Thelma Faye Harms Room on the basement level of St. Rose Ambulatory and Surgery Center, 3515 Broadway. Hospice Chaplain John Grummon and GBHH&H Social Worker Cathy Soeken will co-facilitate the support group. “Guided by qualified facilitators, group members will provide support and healing for one another,” Grummon said. “This group setting becomes a safe place to share and learn new ways to approach problems. “All discussions are confidential,” Soeken added. “Participants can feel free to share their feelings, thoughts and experiences. Sharing memories and photos, poetry or other significant mementos is encouraged. This is a good way to allow other group members the opportunity to know more about the loved ones being mourned.” Anyone interested in attending the grief support group may contact Grummon for further details by calling 620-792-8171.FOR MORE INFO Mark Mingenback 3515 Broadway markmingenback@catholichealth.net
